# Connect Klik Flow to Claude Code.

Claude Code supports remote MCP servers with OAuth sign-in. Add the Klik Flow server once for your account and use it in every project.

## How do I connect Claude Code to Klik Flow?

Run claude mcp add --transport http --scope user klikflow https://mcp.klikflow.id/mcp, open Claude Code, type /mcp, choose klikflow, then Authenticate. The browser opens the Klik Flow sign-in and consent page; once you approve, Claude Code can use the Klik Flow tools straight away.

## Add the server

```
claude mcp add --transport http --scope user klikflow https://mcp.klikflow.id/mcp
```

Then in Claude Code type /mcp, choose klikflow and choose Authenticate.

## With an access key (no browser)

For servers or CI, create an access key in Settings › AI Connection and keep it in an environment variable, not in a project file.

```
claude mcp add --transport http klikflow https://mcp.klikflow.id/mcp --header "Authorization: Bearer $KLIKFLOW_TOKEN"
```

## Tool permissions

Claude Code asks before it uses each tool. To allow every Klik Flow tool without asking, add the rule mcp__klikflow__* to Claude Code's permission settings; allow single read tools by name if you want write tools to keep asking.

- Klik Flow caps the size of tool results, so they stay within Claude Code's token limits.

## Common problems

If the connection does not work yet, check the following.

- Sign-in does not open: run /mcp again and choose Authenticate.
- Tools do not appear: check the permissions ticked at consent and your role.
- Connectors you add on claude.ai also appear in Claude Code.

## Steps

1. **Add** Run the claude mcp add command in a terminal.
2. **Sign in** Type /mcp in Claude Code, choose klikflow, then Authenticate.
3. **Try it** Ask "Which chats haven't been answered today?"
