Reply to a conversation

Reply with text or a file in a conversation the key's creator can see, on any channel the Inbox can reply on.

WhatsApp Official needs the 24-hour window; outside it, send a template with Send a message. Test keys only reply to conversations with test numbers. Use Idempotency-Key.

Send an Idempotency-Key header (for example a new UUID per request). A repeat with the same key within 24 hours gets the first answer again, so nothing is sent twice.

Key: kf_live_ / kf_test_… in the Authorization: Bearer header. Created in Settings › API & Webhook › Create key (Pengaturan › API & Webhook › Buat kunci).
