Usage limits, what errors mean, and help.
Limits protect your business from an AI agent stuck in a loop. When a limit is reached, wait a moment; no data is lost.
Default limits
Sign-in connections: 60 calls per minute and 5,000 per day. Access keys: 120 per minute and 5,000 per day. Each result holds at most 25 items; use next_cursor for the next page.
- Write actions: 30 per minute and 1,000 per day per connection.
- Sending to customers: 20 per hour and 100 per day per connection or key.
- Chats to new numbers: 10 per day per connection, set per package (up to 100).
- Broadcasts: 1 per day per connection, at most 200 recipients; set per package (up to 10 per day and 2,000 recipients).
- The package's broadcast quota, safe sending intervals and unsubscribed contacts still apply to broadcasts from the AI.
What errors mean
AI apps show these codes when a request is refused.
- 401: not signed in, the token expired, or the connection was ended. The AI app asks you to sign in again.
- 403: the connection's permissions or your role do not cover that tool.
- 409: refused because of the data's state, for example an idempotency key reused for different content, or a comment someone else just answered.
- 429: the call limit was reached; try again after a few seconds.
- 503: the AI Connection is switched off by the Klik Flow admin.
Frequently asked questions
My business does not appear on the consent page.
The business's package does not include the AI Connection yet, your role lacks the AI Connection › Connect permission, or the business's access is suspended. The reason appears beside the business that cannot be chosen.
A tool I need does not appear.
Its module was not ticked at consent, or your role lacks the permission. Disconnect, then connect again with the right permissions.
An AI reply did not reach the customer.
With the Draft policy, replies wait for approval. Open the chat in the Inbox: the draft sits above the reply box with the AI app's name and stays valid for 24 hours. For comments, see the AI Drafts tab (Draf AI) in Comments.
A landing page, Bio Link or broadcast from the AI has not gone out.
With the Draft policy, the request waits in the Awaiting approval panel on its module's page (Landing page, Bio Link, Smart Link, Content or Broadcast) for 7 days; a new request for the same page or link replaces the old one. Staff with the permission for that button approve or reject it, and the person who connected the AI app is told in Klik Flow notifications.
How do I know whether Klik Flow is down?
Open https://klikflow.id/status. That page checks the site, the database and the AI Connection live. Monitoring tools can use https://klikflow.id/api/status.
Consent opened in another browser.
Consent can only be answered in the browser where the AI app opened it, within 15 minutes. Repeat the Connect step from the AI app.
